I have a task that I am asking everyone to help me with. As you may know from my previous stories, If I don't have a place to investigate the Paranormal, I go "Haunt" a cemetery. I usually look for Photographic and Audio Evidence. Mainly, Audio evidence. I have been working on a piece of equipment to help improve my EVPs during an investigation. Will you guys be ever so kind as to listen to the attached 6 EVP's? Clips four and five were recorded with my new / experimental equipment. They are softer but do they sound better? Do they sound clearer? I can Amp them up if anyone would like me to do that. These are straight off of the recorder. I thank you in advance for your help. A side note. I recorded 6 minutes with the new equipment and six without. I caught the two EVPs with the new and nothing on the "Normal" equipment.

This little bit of evidence was captured on 02-29-2009 at about 8:30 to 9:00 PM. I was doing a little field work on some modified equipment that I have been working on. The cemetery that I captured these EVP's in, is located in the country. It is still in use today, but many of the earlier tombstones date back to the 1860's. The reason that I chose this cemetery is due to the fact that a fairly large creek runs beside the cemetery on the south side. One theory is that running water helps the entities manifest and give better recordings. I have investigated here about 5 or 6 times over the last 3 + years. I haven't captured anything worth writing about, until now.

I set up 2 recorders about 20 yards / meters apart. I carried a third one around with me. One of the two stationary recorders was the "Modified" recorder that I have been working on for about a year (trying to improve the EVP quality and length of communication). The Third clip with the Breath was captured on this recorder. The "Growl" or yell was captured on the one I was holding.

I wanted to post this story and video to see what others thought. This story is about a funeral where I was a pall bearer, on 09/17/2008. This was a relative that had past. I know, I know, before anyone reads me the riot act, I shouldn't have recorded at this place. However, my moniker is EVP Researcher. How could I resist?
Please listen to the clip. I put this on three times. One is the raw clip. The second one is FFT Filtered and Amped. The third one is Filtered Amped and Slowed down. Note the slowed down version sounds deep, that is just the effect of the slowing down process. I would like to state one thing about this clip before anyone asks. The voice does not sound like the relative that had past. Also, this recording takes place during the sermon prior to leaving for the cemetery. The minister was male and there is a distinct difference between his voice and this one. Nobody around me talked during the service (or anywhere in the room, for that matter, except the minister. I would like to start a discussion on this one.)
Do you think we attend our own funeral? The funeral home is very old, one hundred years plus, for sure. This home has been a funeral home since before I was born, so at least 39 years. Give me your thoughts!

I am an EVP Researcher. I became interested in this when I accidentally heard a "Voice" on a recording that I made. Since that time (long ago), Myself and a team of others have been working on ways to communicate with those that have passed on, and tried to improve the recording techniques used to "Capture" these voices.
